How It Works

Every team competes head-to-head across four physical gates. Hit the benchmark, beat your opponent, and stack points across a six-week season.

Sign Up

Join as an individual and pick a team, or ask to be assigned. Or register your whole gym.

Get Scheduled

Your region runs a 6-week round robin. Every team plays every other team.

Compete Live

Four gates, three exercises each, one all-out sprint finish. Hit the benchmark, beat your rival.

Climb the Table

Points accumulate into a season leaderboard. Stats and personal bests tracked every week.

Scoring

Simple to follow, hard to master.

Gates 1–3 test three exercises each. Gate 4 is winner-take-all.

Gates 1–3

Per exercise: +1 point for hitting the benchmark, +1 more for beating your opponent. Miss the benchmark and you score zero for that exercise, no matter what.

Max 2 pts per exercise

Gate 4 · Sprint Finish

All three exercises combined into one sprint. +3 points for finishing, +3 more for being fastest. Winner takes all.
